Letters from Dad

I have started another book tentatively entitled “Letters from Dad.” It is a book for father’s to read to their children with illustrations by my father-in-law. He would often write home whenever he was out-of-town for work and include drawings and short stories for his youngest son of two years old. It’s so charming. I can’t wait to share it with everyone, but as many of you may know, publishing books can be a long and sometimes difficult process. I pray his spirit is with me, as I try to make it a reality. At the very least, we’ve something very special for future generations.

His little spring drawing shared with you here is only one tiny sampling of his many drawings of nature, animals, and silly little scenes of family activities.

Dads, remember to take those precious moments whenever you can to sit and read to your children. The memories will last far longer than you might imagine.
