As a wellness and yoga teacher she has created a method or path if you will that we can follow to reconnect and achieve our desires, whatever they may be. Because of the extreme stress that each of us lives with today, both personally and professionally, Jenny states that we often forget the dreams we once had. In both her work and books, Jenny offers us a way to recapture those dreams by guiding us through greater clarity and motivation. Jenny’s vision of success and wellbeing for those who desire positive changes in their life will be encouraged through positive words and actions. In my conversation with Jenny, we spoke of those important first steps toward achieving our deepest desires and greatest goals in life – by first listening to our own intuitiveness, by recognizing our own potential, and by creating a framework or process for positive changes or truly committing to a real and lasting lifestyle change. For no quick fix will ever bring us to where we truly want to be in our life.
I agree with Jenny when she says, “This is an exciting time; like you, many people are ready to discover and move towards their desires.” That is what is happening in our world right now; people are awakening and beginning to realize that true happiness, health, and wealth or a more fulfilling life is not found by merely climbing the career ladder, finding the perfect partner, or acquiring material possessions. A life of greater health, happiness, and prosperity can only be achieved through our efforts at becoming whole and well. We must make those vital connections between the mind, body, and soul if ever we are find the peace, love, and joy that we so long for in our lives. We must make a commitment to self, as well as to others and the greater community to which we belong. We must take those first steps towards wholeness before we can truly begin to live our best life.
Jenny gently reminds us, “Since this is a journey and not a race, there is no need to rush. Simply relax and enjoy. This is your path to wellbeing.” Try if you can to slow down at times to be more mindful of how you are living your life. Then, with the right motivation, you can begin to lead a better or more fulfilling life. As Jenny tells us in her book, Four Steps to a Better Life, “the “I-C-A-N” approach of intention, clarity, action, and next steps allow for an easy-to-remember strategy that lets you set goals you can reach, take action that delivers results, and much more. Don’t put your dreams and goals off any longer!” All that you desire and want out of life is made possible once you first awaken your heart’s desire.
