Trinda’s next work in progress, Letters from Dad, is aimed at helping fathers re-engage or re-connect with their children, a book for fathers to read to their children.

Long before the internet and cell phones, letter writing was the most affordable means of personal long distance communication. Letters from Dad is about one Dad in the 1950s who while working far away from home tries to keep his vital connections - to his darling wife and to his three children, especially the littlest one just turning two. With each turn of the page, children will delight with the colorful hand drawings of nature and animals both tame and wild, while fathers use their inherent creativity to narrate Letters from Dad. By the end of the book, fathers are reminded that no matter the reasons or distance between them and their children, love is the bridge that connects the hearts and minds of children to their fathers.

"I am excited to be working on this project of love and light and hope that Dad’s spirit is helping me to bring you Letters from Dad. For more on Dad, the 1950s-1960s, and Letters from Dad, you may also wish to read my blog article Connecting with Our Children." ~Trinda Latherow

"For those books that I have found interesting or helpful during my own journey towards greater personal development and spiritual growth, please see my list of recommended reading. A few of which were given to me, some written by authors I have interviewed, and others that spirit has thankfully lead me to." ~Trinda Latherow
