Life Purpose Linked to Better Life

Studies indicate that having a life purpose is linked to both better health and longevity. I know it also to be beneficial to our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You need only discover your life’s purpose to live your best life yet!

A study of 9,050 English people with an average age of 65 found that the people with the greatest well-being were 30 percent less likely to die during the average eight and a half year follow-up period than those with the least well-being. Feeling that you have a sense of purpose in life may help you live longer, no matter what your age, according to research published in Psychological Science, a journal of the Association for Psychological Science.
